REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 

EXCHANGES:

   ✦ You will have 3 business days to exchange your item(s).

   ✦ No exchanges will be issued on made to order items.

   ✦ No custom item(s) exchanges can be made once mock ups have been approved.

REFUNDS:

   ✦ You will have 3 business days to return your item(s).

   ✦ No returns will be issued of made to order items.

   ✦ No refunds will be given on custom orders after mock ups have been approved.

   ✦ Deposits are unrefundable, as the funds are used to either get products or designs made.

Please note that we are not responsible on the shipping fee to return/exchange your item(s), unless a mistake was made by us on your item.

Also, you will be required to submit an email with a photo of your received product prior to your return/exchange. Once the item has been received and inspected by us, you will receive your refund or exchange process start within 3 business days.

​

There is no in person drop off location for your return/exchange. All items must be shipped & received in original packaging.
